These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LeisureBites website, creator tools, channels, shop, and related booking experiences operated by Sarnova Private Limited.

1. Platform Role

LeisureBites helps guests discover, book, and pay for host-led experiences, creator channels, and digital assets. We may act as the platform operator, payment collection facilitator, and communications layer between guests and hosts.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account, booking, and payment information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse the platform, abuse hosts or guests, or violate applicable law.

3. Host Content and Listings

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their experience details, schedules, pricing, venue information, inclusions, and any prerequisites shown on the platform. LeisureBites may review, edit, reject, or remove listings to protect guests and platform quality.

4. Booking and Payment

For paid experiences and digital assets, payment may be collected online through our payment partners before a booking or order is confirmed. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment succeeds and the platform records that confirmation.

5. Conduct and Safety

Guests and hosts must behave lawfully, respectfully, and safely. We may remove access to the platform for harassment, fraud, safety risks, or misuse of event, channel, or storefront features.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, software, and editorial presentation belong to LeisureBites and/or Sarnova Private Limited. Host-uploaded and creator-uploaded materials remain subject to the creator’s rights, but they grant the platform permission to display and distribute them as needed to operate the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sarnova Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, third-party payment rails, host conduct, venue access issues, or internet-service interruptions.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page.
